This new way of approaching growth and optimizing a site's performance is particularly popular with start-ups and has helped propel them to an international level.
The job of Growth Hacker consists in connecting the audience with the product or service in an innovative way. Versatile and often self-taught in this position, it is based on the study of consumers to significantly improve the traffic and performance of the site.
He must adopt a creative approach to find new opportunities: this is the principle of the "growth hack", an unusual and unconventional way to generate traffic. Focused on this objective, he uses all means at his disposal to achieve rapid and sustainable growth.
The missions
- Traffic generation : the Growth Hacker must find growth levers and generate traffic on his company's sales media. Once he has found an effective one, his role is to automate it to limit the efforts and increase the results tenfold.
- In support of other divisions: the added value of the Growth Hacker is to support the other teams of the company by offering them growth opportunities and automating certain actions such as lead generation or various marketing actions etc.
- Analysis : in his data-driven approach, the Growth Hacker is constantly analyzing his different KPIs in order to always adjust to aim right. In an AARRR scheme, he also assists the other teams of the company in reaching their growth objectives.
