The job of PRODUCT MANAGER
The main tasks of the Product Manager are to ensure the coordination of just-in-time projects, in other words, to optimize production.
The Product Manager must also handle customer feedback and arbitrate with the developers and marketing team on the various project needs
Difference between Product Owner and Product Manager
The work of the Product Manager, also called Product Manager, starts with the discovery (identification of user needs), continues with the identification of a viable solution and extends to the delivery (delivery in production) and then in the continuous improvement.
- Firstdifference: the PO job only exists when the project monitoring methodology is called Agile (Scrum)

- Strategy deployment and project management: implementation and coordination of the roadmap with the IT teams, prioritization and production via the Agile methodology in order to deliver value to users, steering and optimization of the pathways thanks to the monitoring of KPIs.
- Management and interface: work in collaboration with product teams (UX, innovation, ...) and transversal teams (IT, Data, Finance, Legal, Business, ...) as well as service providers.
