Infrastructure / Engineering / DevOps Team Leader - M/F

Our client is a leading player in market finance. As part of a team reinforcement, we are looking for an Infra / Engineering / DevOps M/F Team Manager.
JOB CONTEXT
Role: Supported by the team manager, you will be responsible for managing the Infra, Dev, Cloud and DevOps team.
In an international environment, this team plays a key role as the interface between development and production teams, at the heart of application and infrastructure projects.
Comprising around 30 people, including 3 team leaders, this team is organized into several areas of expertise.
It offers its expertise to the different teams, supports various tools and middleware, and defines IS transformation objectives in agreement with management.
You will participate in current and future projects, support and challenge sub-teams by understanding the underlying technical and functional aspects, and intervene operationally at critical moments.
As part of our international development, you will also be involved in RFPs, in direct contact with customers, and will define the transformations required for successful projects.
You will also be responsible for managing the team's budget, coordinating with other IT managers and relevant customers, and following up audit recommendations and any presentations.
TEAM
The team is made up of several divisions, each with its own specificity but often able to intervene in other fields:
- Java division: 4 people, administration and expertise in middleware, management of deployment cycles, one-off developments, developer support.
- Web division: 2 people, administration of PHP web platforms, management of public DNS domains, improvement of web site security.
- CI/CD division: 3 people, administration of CI/CD platforms, promotion of GitOps with Ansible/AWX.
- Kubernetes/Cloud division: 5 people (soon 7), expertise in applications deployed on Kubernetes, implementation and development of the public cloud (Azure).
- Security and automation department: 6 people, administration of the SSO and CIAM solution (Keycloak), automation (Ansible), secret management (Vault).
- Monitoring department: 4 people (soon 5), administration of monitoring tools, definition and implementation of a new monitoring and observability platform.
- DBMS division: 1 person, database optimization.
