As part of the marketing of its platform and services, our customer needs to call on an external service provider for project management assistance and project coordination within the Project & Professional Services team

The Project & Professional Services team is in charge of onboarding projects for external customers, who can subscribe to a Dealing service or to a
SaaS service on the platform.

This cross-functional team covers Front, Position Holding, Middle, Dealing, Risk, Performance, and Reporting.‍

The assignment concerns the Investment Compliance and Front sites, and in particular the coding of statutory and regulatory constraints, as well as order routing parameters.

In a context of company transformation, and to strengthen the team, we are looking for a MOA Functional Assistant (Customer Onboarding) - Experienced M/F

MISSIONS:

As part of your role as project manager for the Investment Compliance and Front Office modules, you will be responsible for :


- Master modules and operational processes,
- Lead customer scoping workshops to gather customer requirements, processes, etc.,
- Code customer constraints and carry out tests,
- Coordinate validation of constraints coding by the customer,
- Set up order routing and train customers on Order Booking, Trading, Trade Overview and Dashboard Dealing modules,
- Identify gaps and coordinate implementation of a solution in partnership with IT teams,
- Monitor the implementation of gaps, ensuring compliance with content, deadlines and quality,
- Train external customers on the modules and their new functionalities (by enriching user guides),
- Update and produce customer documentation (user guides, flow charts, etc.).),
- Consider ways of industrializing the onboarding process for external customers
- Participate in intensive care (post go-live) for external customers,
- Provide level 2 support for external customers on the relevant streams,
- Participate in pre-sales demonstrations to prospective customers.


SERVICE ENVIRONMENT


This mission is part of the use of the Investment Compliance solution dedicated to the activities of the DRCCI (Department of Risk, Investment Compliance and Internal Control).

The Investment Compliance solution will enable players to ensure the following controls:

- Function to check regulatory rules relating to the fund's various countries of domicile and associated with UCITS V, AIFM, MMF, ESMA regulations,
- Function to check statutory rules as defined in the fund's prospectus,
- Ensure pre-trade and/or post-trade execution of constraints.

The functional scope is very rich and includes, among others, the following functionalities:

- Modeling and coding of rules,
- Functional definition and monitoring of investment constraints within the Investment compliance module,
- Control of the front-to-back order-passing chain for each asset class.
