Business Analyst (M/F)

In a context of company transformation, and to strengthen the team, we are looking for a Business Analyst (M/F).

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing data and generating actionable insights to influence business strategy and improve overall company performance.

You will work closely with technical teams, product managers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, identify opportunities and recommend data-driven solutions.

Main responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze and interpret data from a variety of sources, including customer, market and financial data, to provide actionable insights.
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities for performance improvement using statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define business requirements, assess needs and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate analysis results to internal stakeholders, including management and operational teams.
• Monitor and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business objectives, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and systems related to data analysis and decision-making.

Skills required:

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large amounts of data.
• Mastery of statistical analysis techniques and data visualization tools such as Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
• In-depth understanding of financial concepts and investment-related KPIs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Training and experience requirements:

• University degree in economics, finance, statistics, computer science or related field.
• Previous experience as a business analyst, financial analyst or in a similar role.
• Certification in data analysis or project management is an advantage.
