Business Analyst (IT & BA Front Office) - Senior (M/F)

As part of the development of its management systems, we need to call on a service provider to contribute to the project management of Front Office tools and in a context of strengthening the MOA BA IT team, we are looking for a Business Analyst (IT & BA Front Office) - Senior (M/F ) ‍

The service will take place within the R&D Management department and will work with the Front Office project teams.
‍

MISSIONS:

• Gathering and specifying requirements, coordinating with other IT or business teams, testing and validating developments;
• Support for users during the deployment phase of new functionalities;
• Training and knowledge transfer to the support team;
• Building / Improving platform configurations;
• In the event of a new front-end solution for external customers, presentation of the solution to the external customer, and co-construction of the specific solution;
• Level II user support;

EXPECTED RESULTS:

• Handling internal and external customer requests across all asset classes, 
• Design, presentation and validation of target solutions to customers, 
• Platform evolution, 
• Feeding the Jira database with requests for upgrades, 
• Coordination with other IT or business teams, 
• Unit testing, production release monitoring, 
• User and support team training.

• Finance and project management
• International context: Francophone and Anglophone
• Asset management
• Financial instruments
• Provider of non-financial data
• Financial mathematics
• SQL, Python (appreciated)
