Project Manager - MOA IT Trading - Experienced - (M/F)

‍CLIENT:

For our client, we are looking for an external service provider to provide assistance to the IT project management team and to contribute to the coordination of IT projects relating to trading activities in financial products (all asset classes) for the Intermediation trading teams.

This service provider will be involved more specifically in trading activities relating to the temporary transfer of securities(loan/borrowing, repurchase agreement) and collateral management.

It may also be extended to other areas of trading.

MISSIONS:

• Level 1 support for the PE trading desk(France) and the securities and cash collateral management desk(Ireland)
  ‍
• Project monitoring of new business developments in the context of PE's activities, in coordination with Luxembourg on both the business and IT sides: use of remote desktop applications maintained by IT Luxembourg (outsourcing of PE's MO and repo activities)
  
  o Gathering of user requirements, in particular those of the Prêt emprunt / repo trading team(France) and those of the securities collateral management team(Ireland),
  
  o Drafting of requirements expressions for IT Luxembourg (IT team in charge of maintaining and upgrading PE/Repo's IS),
  
  o Planning and monitoring of IT projects and developments in partnership with IT Luxembourg and indirectly with the software publisher 4Sight(Broadridge), which supplies some of the IS application components,
  
  o Organization of acceptance tests with users and direct participation where necessary,
  
  o Participation in the drafting of documentation,
  
  o Participation in user training,
  
  o Providing support to users
  
  Travel in Europe may be required.
