MOA Trading Project Manager - Senior (M/F)

As part of the development of its management systems, our customer needs to call on a service to provide IT project management assistance and IT project coordination for financial product trading activities (all asset classes) for our customer's Intermediation trading teams in Paris, Dublin, Singapore and Boston.

The main tasks of the service are:
‍

• Participation in defining WHO's long-term development strategy
• Participation in WHO development projects
• Participation in gathering and analyzing requirements from negotiators, management or other teams (management, compliance, other IT teams).
• Proposal of functional solutions to these needs and drafting of their specifications
• Monitor the implementation of solutions, ensuring compliance with content, deadlines and quality, in close partnership with the development team.
• OMS change management, including training users to use new functions
• Writing user documentation
• Participation in user support

International travel may be required.

MISSIONS:

The functional scope covered by OMS is very broad, and includes :

• Receipt of orders from all the Group's management companies or from external client management companies, and routing of orders to the trading desks located in Paris / Singapore / Dublin / Boston
  ‍‍
• Trading orders with brokers or market counterparties:
  ‍
  o On all natures of financial instruments(securities, listed derivatives, OTC derivatives, repo) and on virtually all asset classes (equities, rates, FX, credit)
  o By voice (telephone, chat, e-mail....) or electronically via the FIX protocol:
  ‍
  ▪ directly with a broker
  ▪ via EMS platforms
  ‍
  o Compliance with best execution and fund-related trading constraints.

• Order lifecycle management and transfer of executions to Middle Office for matching and settlement/delivery
  ‍
• Production of trading statistics:
  
  o Extraction of trading data
  o Feeding of reporting tool for compliance, managers, traders
  o Regulatory reporting (MiFID 2)
  ‍
• Calculation of execution and turnover fees
  ‍

The service will take place within the Trading department in charge of IS maintenance for Intermediation traders.

• Organize the dissemination of information to all the team's MOAs
• Ensuring deadlines are met with the development team

• Suggestions for optimizing production processes for greater efficiency
• Participation in the production of project monitoring reports (steering committees)
• Production of documentation for users or to disseminate knowledge within the IT team
