CUSTOMER

For nearly 10 years, our customer has specialized in the outsourcing of professional training management: drawing up training plans, sourcing purchases, organization, financial and administrative management, for customers in theinsurance, pharmaceutical, industrial and service sectors.

In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a Chief Technical Officer - CTO ( M/F).

‍Thecurrent CTO is leaving after 8 years with the company and therefore needs to be replaced.

MISSIONS

• Managing the development of new functionalities, mainly customer-oriented (new design / new ergonomics)
• Optimize our API (Migrate from an internally developed API to a standardized API) to interface with other information systems.
• Optimize infrastructure (work on performance, distributed architecture, implementation of message queue system, migration to PHP 8)

• Angular 15 / AngularJS (A front-end under AngularJS on the backend)

PROFILE

• Current Lead Dev or Lead Tech or CTO
• XP in team management (small)
• Zend, PHP, Symfony, Angular 15 and Angular JS development
• Solid IT culture, both back end, front end and infrastructure
• Mastery of the technology bricks used in the company
• Project management
• Being a driving force
• Leadership that is not only technical, but also managerial
• A good ability to communicate with teams and external parties is also necessary.
• Ability to take initiative
• Curiosity
