As part of the development of its information systems, our customer needs a service to support the IT teams in charge of developing the tools in this area.

We are looking for a Technical Functional Consultant / Business Analyst (Oracle E-business Suite) - Experienced - (M/F)

‍

Our customer's accounting IS is as follows:
‍

• A core model platform based on Oracle Ebusiness Suite 12.2 ERP, covering the social and auxiliary accounting needs of some fifty entities in 17 countries, as well as group consolidation.
• A set of peripheral tools to meet operational needs: invoice management, cash management, regulatory reporting, taxation, account justification, etc.
• An accounting requester (OBIEE)

The IT finance team manages the support, maintenance and projects around these tools on behalf of most of the Group's accounting business units in France or in foreign locations.

MISSION

As part of this accounting project management service, working in close collaboration with the Finance Department and project management teams, the main tasks will be :

• Framing needs/projects,
• Gathering and analyzing user requirements, writing functional specifications,
• Environment settings,
• Development follow-up,
• Organization of recipes and associated tests,
• Organization of training and change management,
• Contribute to cross-functional projects involving the Finance Department,

In addition to project/evolution activities, you'll also be asked to support day-to-day operational production activities (user support, monitoring maintenance activities, etc.).

TECHNICAL ENVIRONMENT:

• Functional expertise (and/or) in accounting, consolidation, regulations in a financial environment
• Implementation/configuration of Oracle E-business Suite ERP (GL/AP/AR/PO/FA/OIE)
• International context: Francophone and Anglophone
• Reporting tools (OBIEE, Qlik, PowerBI)
• Dataprep or automation tools (Python, ETL, etc.)
• International context: Francophone and Anglophone.
