Engineering Manager (M/F)

CUSTOMER

In the midst of a major transformation and keen to strengthen our development team, we are looking for an Engineering Manager (M/F) for a key position within our Paris-based company.

This role is essential to drive and oversee our technical initiatives, with a particular focus on the areas of monitoring and DevOps, as well as the continuous optimization of our team's processes and performance.

ROLE

• Supervision and proactive management of projects, ensuring smooth communication and effective information capture within the team.
• Definition and monitoring of KPIs to assess and improve team quality and velocity, based on recognized performance indicators.
• Close collaboration with technical and management teams, in particular by supporting the CTO in his strategic decisions.
• Facilitating technical discussions, identifying problems, and proposing innovative solutions.
• Commitment to process improvement and rigorous monitoring of KPIs for effective management of performance and deliverables.

PROFILE:

• Proven project management and technical leadership skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven experience in monitoring technical projects, particularly in the fields of monitoring and DevOps.
• Ability to establish and monitor relevant KPIs for team performance management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact effectively with teams and lead constructive debates.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools.

TEAM:

• The Engineering Manager will supervise a team of around 20 professionals, including Front-end and Back-end developers, and work closely with cross-functional teams and management.
