Monitoring expert (Zabbix, OpenTelemetry, Ansible, Terraform) - Senior (M/F)

CUSTOMER

• Our customer needs to call in an external service provider to strengthen the Monitoring team.
  
  
  • As part of the Monitoring division, the role involves administering the various tools within the team's scope and maintaining them in operational condition(zabbix,centreon, prometheus, grafana, etc...)
    ‍
  • Assignments will notably involve a little development mainly in Python /PHP / Shell and an increase in skills in the overall understanding of an IS.
    ‍
  • The service also involves overhauling the monitoring system, in order to meet Cloud / OnPremise and multi-tenant challenges, taking into account the heterogeneity of the infrastructure and application solutions deployed(Kubernetes & Legacy) while having a constant concern for automation and standardization.
    ‍
  • Finally, the service requires change management, training teams in the new solutions and ensuring the gradual disappearance of old solutions.

MISSIONS‍

• User support
• Understanding IS (asset infrastructures & applications),
• Deployment of new monitoring solutions (Grafana / Prometheus / OnCall /Alert Manager / Zabbix),
• RFP to set up a global hypervisor for 360° vision,
• Study and participation in OpenTelemetry implementation workshops,
• Technical upgrade of platforms,
• Maintain existing applications and middleware in operational condition,
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
