AI Engineer (M/F)

CUSTOMER

To strengthen our client's AI team, we are looking for an AI Engineer M/F.

‍Asan experienced AI Engineer, you will be involved in building a new team.
‍

‍MISSIONS

Design and Development :

• Design, develop and deploy language models (LLM) to enhance a SIRP platform.
• Collaborate with the platform development team, in particular the backend team (scala) for the API part, as well as the product team and business experts.

Optimization and Enhancement :

• Create and refine prompts to interact with language models.
• Set up data pipelines for model training and validation.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance and make continuous improvements.

Deployment and integration :

• Ensure compliance of AI solutions with safety and ethical regulations.
• Integrate the modules developed with the existing platform.

Autonomy and Proposals :

• Work independently and suggest improvements and new features.
• Proactively identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.

Documentation and Training :

• Produce clear, detailed technical documentation.
• Provide in-house training on the use and optimization of language models.

PROFILE

• Education and experience:
  ‍
  • Degree in computer science, data science, mathematics or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying machine learning models, particularly LLMs.
• Technical skills:
  ‍‍
  • Solid programming skills (Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) technologies.
  • Knowledge of security incident response platforms (SIRP) is a plus.

• Analytical Skills and Problem Solving:

  • Ability to analyze complex data and solve difficult technical problems.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate model performance and suggest adjustments.

• Communication and Teamwork:
  ‍‍
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams, including backend developers, product experts and business experts.
