Lead Dev Fullstack (M/F)

CUSTOMER

For nearly 10 years, our customer has specialized in the outsourcing of professional training management: drawing up training plans, sourcing purchases, organization, financial and administrative management, for customers in theinsurance, pharmaceutical, industrial and service sectors.

To strengthen our team, we're looking for a Lead Dev Fullstack ( M/F).

‍Withyour own team of 3/4 people and working in tandem with the PM, you'll be working on our HRIS dedicated to training plan management.

You'll be in charge of designing and developing our most technical features, as well as managing the infrastructure.

These will focus on 3 themes:

• New customer-focused functionalities (new design/ergonomics)
• Optimization of our API (migrating from an internally developed API to a standardized API) to interface with other information systems.
• Infrastructure optimization (performance work, architecture, migration)

MISSIONS

• You co-write and co-pilot the roadmap
• In collaboration with the PM and the business teams, you take part in writing user stories and detailed technical specifications.
• You contribute to improving our development processes (best practices, code review) and promoting AGILE methods (SCRUM).
• You lead your team's discussions on technical and architectural choices
• You participate in the development and maintenance of the various features and guarantee their delivery.
• You will also guarantee product quality (stability, performance, etc.) by optimizing our CI/CD chain.
• You look after all aspects of safety
• You manage a team of 3/4 people and ensure its follow-up and development.
• You keep a constant watch on technological developments.
• You manage the various service providers

PROFILE

• You have 5 years' fullstack or backend experience, including at least 1 year in a Lead Dev position.
• You look beyond clean, functional code, trying to bring value to customers and taking an interest in the business.
• You have a perfect command of PHP (v7/8) and all its standards, as well as the Symfony framework (v5/6+).
• You code to high application development standards: Modularity, Testability, SOLID, PSR standards, strong typing...
• You use advanced SQL to optimize database queries and the code you develop.
• You know how to use design patterns and development practices wisely, as well as API standards.
• You have experience with SCRUM
• You are at ease in English
