Lead QA
CUSTOMER
In a context of company transformation, and to strengthen the team, we are looking for a QA LEAD.
MISSIONS
▶︎ Proven experience in team management, managing manual and self resources
▶︎ Manage the QA automation team and technical/functional testers assigned to your Product team
▶︎ Ensure good communication and be the carrier of the QA vision to the scrum teams, the Business and Management
▶︎ Drive and coordinate transverse recipes
▶︎ Contribute, document and improve QA processes (Technical or Functional)
SKILLS
▶︎ Proven experience managing teams, managing manual and self resources
▶︎ 1st experience with managing multiple people
▶︎ Test API back, microservices architectures, Agile, feature team (PO + 4 dev)
▶︎ Knowledge of a programming language is a prerequisite (C#, Python, JavaScript)
▶︎ Knowledge of Postman, Soap UI or equivalent
▶︎ Knowledge of Cloud Azure is a plus
▶︎ Already worked in a CI/CD environment, knows TDD, component/integration/non reg/perf testing
▶︎ Dynamic, communicates well

▶︎ 1 visio with Head of QA
▶︎ 1 interview with the team and CTO

▶︎ Contract type: CDI
▶︎ CDI position to be filled immediately
▶︎ Telecommuting possible 3 days/week
