Senior Software Backend Engineer C# (M/F)

We're looking for a Senior Software Backend Engineer C# .NET to strengthen our development team.

You'll be involved from start to finish in projects that use cutting-edge technologies to solve complex problems, and you'll see the impact of your work first-hand.

You'll create solutions that integrate with innovative AI platforms to deliver user-friendly AI products while integrating cutting-edge AI technologies.

You will ensure that these solutions are scalable, fault-tolerant and easy to maintain.

You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different infrastructure layers.

Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design and quality products is essential.

MISSIONS

As a Senior Software Backend Engineer, you will be part of the Digital & Visualization team, reporting to the Team Lead.

• Develop APIs and backend components.
• Cover the solution with the necessary unit and integration tests.
• Maintain and improve existing products.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Supervising junior profiles.
• Contribute to technical and software design decisions within the team.
• Optimize components for maximum performance in distributed environments.
• Work and collaborate with the rest of the engineering team.
• Ensuring a quality-first approach.

PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in product development.
• Good understanding of computer fundamentals.
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Proficiency in at least one OOP language (C#, Java, Python, C++...)
• Experience of querying databases using SQL and at least one ORM.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Good knowledge of CI/CD
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience of presenting to large and small audiences.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to interact with peers and stakeholders to define and influence product and business impact.
• Degree in computer science or equivalent.

PROCESS - 3 to 5 weeks (max)

• 1st screen / initial discussion with the tech recruiter department over video
• A programming test / technical hacker rank test + Review of the test
• Take Home assignment + review call with the candidate
• Call with a head of department
